Terms, privacy and responsible play

1. Who we are
VARRO is operated by VarroHQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: varrohq@gmail.com.
2. Who can use VARRO
You must be at least 21 years old and located where using sports information for wagering or prediction markets is legal for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are.
3. What VARRO is — and is not
- VARRO publishes probabilities, analysis and a public record of results. It is information, not advice, and not a recommendation that you place any bet or trade.
- We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or act as a sportsbook, exchange or broker. Any bet or trade you make is your own decision, made with a third party.
- No guarantees. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past results — including the record shown on the board — do not guarantee future results. Numbers can be wrong, late or incomplete, and prices change after we publish.
- Prices shown from Kalshi, sportsbooks and other sources are for reference, may be delayed, and may differ from what you can actually get.
4. Your membership
- There is one paid membership, Early Access: the VARRO board plus the members-only Early Access channels in the Vibez x Varro Discord, billed monthly. Varro Insider, the free tier in the Discord, needs no membership. The price is shown at checkout.
- Founding price. People who joined the early-access list before launch (Saturday, November 14, 2026) can subscribe at the founding price through their own founding link while the founding offer is open. The founding price stays the same for as long as that membership stays active. If it is cancelled or lapses, rejoining is at the regular price. The founding link is meant for the person it was sent to.
- Memberships are sold and billed through Whop. Whop's checkout terms govern payment, renewal and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Each access key is for one person. Do not share it, post it, or let others use it.
- Do not copy, republish, resell, screenshot for resale, scrape, or redistribute the board, its picks or its data, in whole or in part, except for the built-in share cards posted with attribution to @varrohq.
- We may suspend or end access without refund if a key is shared, the board is scraped or redistributed, or these terms are broken.
5. Our content and our method
The VARRO name and mark, the board, the model, its methods, calibration and code, and all published content belong to us and are protected by trademark, copyright and trade-secret law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view the board for your own use while your membership is active — nothing more. You may not reverse-engineer the model or attempt to extract its methods, and you may not use the board, its numbers, its picks or recordings or screenshots of it to build, train, prompt or check any other model, tool or service — including with AI tools — or to run a competing product. Accessing the board by script, bot or other automated means is not allowed.
6. Data sources
VARRO uses public and licensed data, including play-by-play and charting data from nflverse (FTN Data via nflverse, CC BY-SA 4.0), public game and weather feeds, and market prices from Kalshi and sportsbooks. Third-party data remains the property of its owners.
The baseball calibration was fitted on play-by-play from Retrosheet. The information used here was obtained free of charge from and is copyrighted by Retrosheet. Interested parties may contact Retrosheet at www.retrosheet.org.
7. Privacy
- What we keep: your access key; the name or Whop username tied to it; your membership status and dates (from Whop); and basic usage — how often your key is used, and a one-way hash of the network it is used from, so we can spot a shared key. We do not store raw IP addresses.
- The early-access list: if you joined it, we keep your email or X handle, the sports you picked, how you found the page, who referred you, when you joined, whether we sent your invite, and a one-way hash of your network (to stop spam). We use it only to send your invite and launch news. Every email has a link to stop them, or reply STOP.
- What we do not do: we do not sell your information, and we do not see your payment details (Whop handles payment).
- Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in. It is used for nothing else.
- Ask us at varrohq@gmail.com to see or delete your information.
8. Limitation of liability
VARRO is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any betting or trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of VARRO. Our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Responsible play
Set a budget before you start and never chase losses. If betting stops being fun, stop. Help is free and confidential: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), or visit ncpgambling.org. You can ask us to close your membership at any time.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use VARRO means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
